For one-off orders, all orders completed before 4pm from Monday-Friday will be delivered within 48hours of completing your order on www.ShopAfrica.co.uk.

Orders placed over the weekend will be delivered within 2 business days. Whilst most of our customers enjoy weekly deliveries, we can also deliver your shopping to you on a bi-weekly or even monthly basis if you choose the recurring order (AutoShop) checkout option.

The content of your recurring order can be updated up to 48hours before your next delivery. Feel free to log into your User Profile and add / remove items in your subscriptions. When you’re ready, click save and we’ll take care of the rest.

We do not want you to be tied into a service contract which does not work for you. For this reason, we have NO fixed contracts. Instead, we only ask you to agree to our simple terms and conditions which includes the following clauses:

• Should you ever wish to change your order, we only ask that you give us up to 48 hours  notice. For example, you may wish to pause the orders on a certain day because you are away on holiday. Because we invoice monthly at the beginning of each month, any order changes are either debited or credited on the following month’s invoice.
• Should you ever wish to stop your order altogether, we only ask that you continue your deliveries until the end of the month you are currently in (which is a maximum period of about 4 weeks at any one time).
